We share it with real estate professional partners as part of introductions and with service providers that support the Services.
Communications
Examples include emails, texts, and messages you send through the Services, plus call metadata and, if enabled, call recordings. We use this for support, quality assurance, training, dispute prevention, and security. We may share it with service providers and, when needed to fulfill your request, with real estate professional partners.
Internet or network activity
Examples include pages viewed, clicks, device and browser info, referring URLs, and access times. We use this for analytics, performance monitoring, security, and marketing measurement. We share it with analytics, security, advertising, and measurement providers.
Account, profile, and professional information
Examples include account login details, profile details you submit, brokerage information, licensing information, and information you authorize us to display. We use this to create and manage accounts and operate the platform. We share it with service providers. Some profile information may be displayed publicly as part of the Services.
User content
Examples include reviews, ratings, testimonials, comments, and other content you submit. We use this to operate features you choose to use, improve the Services, and help others make informed decisions. We may display this content publicly and share it with service providers that support these features.
Inferences
Examples include inferences drawn from the information above, such as what type of help you want. We use this to improve routing, support, and the Services. We may share relevant inferences with service providers and real estate professional partners when it helps fulfill your request.
Marketing and measurement data
Examples include campaign attribution and conversion events, including events collected through pixels or similar technologies. We use this to measure marketing performance and improve acquisition. We share it with measurement providers.
Do we sell or share personal information?
We do not sell personal information for money.
We do not use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, meaning targeted ads based on your activity across different websites.
Some data disclosures that help measure marketing performance (for example, through pixels) may be treated as "sharing" under certain privacy laws. You can opt out as described in the "Do Not Sell or Share" section below.

We keep personal information as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes. We consider the amount and type of data, the risks of unintended use or disclosure, whether we can achieve our purposes through less data, and legal requirements.

When do we share personal information with others?
Real estate professional partners
If you request a match or contact a real estate professional through SoldNest, we may share your contact information and the information you provided about your home and situation so the professional can contact you and help.
When you request an introduction or contact a professional, you are directing us to share your information for that purpose.
Service providers
We share information with service providers that help us run the Services, such as hosting, analytics, communications providers, customer support tools, security services, and review moderation tools. These providers may use personal information only as needed to provide services to us.
Measurement providers
We share certain information with measurement providers to measure marketing performance and improve acquisition. This may include information collected through pixels or similar technologies.
Legal requirements and protection
We may share information when we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our terms, protect the Services, or protect SoldNest, our users, or the public.
Business transfers

If you create an account as a real estate professional, build a profile, or participate as a partner professional, we collect and use information to operate the platform and provide the Services. This may include your name, contact information, brokerage information, licensing information, and other profile details.
Public profile information and distribution
Some professional profile information may be displayed publicly as part of the Services.
This may include information such as your brokerage name, professional background, service
areas, and other details that help consumers understand your experience.
Please do not include sensitive personal information in your public profile.
Transaction history and professional history data
To help consumers evaluate professionals, we may display information about your prior real
estate transactions and related professional history. This may include transaction counts,
transaction types, location-level or market-level transaction information, and similar
professional history details.
We may also use and display this information to promote the Services, including by featuring your profile on SoldNest and other channels we use to market SoldNest, where permitted with your participation in the Services.
Reviews and feedback
We may display reviews, ratings, testimonials, and other feedback related to
professionals. This may include feedback submitted by users of the Services or collected
through other permitted sources, depending on the features available at the time. If you
respond to reviews or communicate through the Services, that information may also be
collected and displayed as part of the Services.
Support, security, and compliance
We use professional information to provide support, maintain records, prevent fraud and
abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
Sensitive personal information
Some information you provide can be considered "sensitive" under certain privacy laws. For example, a property address may be treated as sensitive.
We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Services, support users, maintain security, prevent fraud, comply with law, and for other purposes permitted by law.
If applicable law gives you the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, you can submit a request by emailing hello@soldnest.com with the subject line "Limit Sensitive Personal Information."

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.
Response timing: We make it a priority to respond within the timeframe required by law. In many cases, this is within 45 days, with an extension where permitted.
Authorized agents
Where permitted by law, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may request proof of authorization and verification of identity.
Appeals
If we deny your request, you may appeal our decision by emailing hello@soldnest.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." Please include enough information for us to identify your original request.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information for money.
If you want to opt out of disclosures that may be treated as "sale" or "sharing" under certain privacy laws, including disclosures related to pixels and similar technologies, email hello@soldnest.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share."
If you submit an opt-out request, we will apply it as required by applicable law. Some opt-outs may limit our ability to measure marketing performance.
Global privacy control
Some privacy laws require businesses to recognize browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where required by law, we will process GPC signals as a request to opt out of applicable "sale" or "sharing."
How long do we keep personal information?
We keep personal information for as long as it is needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business and legal purposes.
