How SoldNest makes money
SoldNest is free for homeowners. If you choose to work with an agent we match you with, we earn a standard broker-to-broker referral fee from that agent's brokerage.
When we get paid
That fee is paid only if your transaction closes. If you don't move forward with one of the agents we recommend, you owe us nothing.
No pay-to-play
Agents can't pay for placement on SoldNest. We don't accept upfront fees, monthly fees, or "featured" payments in exchange for being recommended. We're also not running a bidding system behind the scenes. The referral fee we receive is the same regardless of which matched agent you choose. No one can buy their way to the top.
What this means for you
This model is designed to keep the incentives simple and the recommendations honest. You don't pay SoldNest, and there's no obligation to hire anyone we match you with.
You stay in control
You can interview agents and walk away if it doesn't feel right. Your representation terms and commission are negotiated directly with the agent, in writing.
Common questions
Does your referral fee change the commission I pay?
No. Your commission is negotiated directly with your agent. Our referral fee doesn't change what you pay, and it doesn't affect who we match you with.
Can agents pay to be recommended?
No. Agents cannot pay us to be recommended or ranked higher.
Do you sell my personal information?
