About Spencer
Before I got into real estate, I earned my MBA from Santa Clara University and spent about a decade in tech as a software sales manager. That background still shows up in how I run a listing. I’m organized. I’m consistent. I communicate early instead of after the fact. And I’m big on using the numbers to make decisions, not hype or hope.
When I’m representing a seller, you can expect honest guidance and a steady hand. I’ll tell you what’s worth doing before you list and how to prioritize if you’re on a deadline. My team and I handle the details, marketing, scheduling, buyer feedback, offers, negotiations, and all the little things that pop up when we're on the market. You’ll always know where we stand, and you won’t have to chase me down for updates.
Over the past five years, I’ve helped clients close more than $250M in real estate. I’m proud of that, but what matters more to me is the trust behind it, most of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients who want the same level of attention every time.
Outside of work, I like traveling with my wife, Vivian, trying new restaurants around the Bay Area, and staying active. I’m a 4.5-rated tennis player, so if you play, there’s a good chance we’ll end up talking about courts and weekend matches.
