Get the most trusted realtor to sell your home. 100% guaranteed.

This is the easiest way to find a listing agent who will make you the most money – but there are three reasons why you shouldn't be here.

Joseph Alongi

Hi, I’m Joseph Alongi. The co-founder and CEO of SoldNest.

I’d like to personally find you one of the best and most trusted listing agents in your neighborhood.

It doesn’t cost you anything.

And there’s zero obligation.

Plus, we never have to talk on the phone (if you don’t want to).

You’re probably wondering why you should trust a listing agent I’d find for you.

Good question.

Could you find a good real estate agent on your own?

But there’s a chance you would end up picking a bad agent and not even know it.

Evaluate agents by their trustworthiness

Let me give you an example...

Let’s say you found a real estate agent who has:

  • Experience selling a lot of homes
  • Great online reviews
  • Experience selling in your area

You meet with them, like them, and decide to sell with them.

They bring you an offer with a price that is a bit more than what you were expecting and tell you that it’s the best you’re going to get.

So you accept it.

But there’s something you’re not aware of.

There was another offer with the same terms but $30k higher.

Your real estate agent never told you about it.

Because your listing agent also represented your buyer.

So they received two commissions instead of one.

Let me say that again.

Your real estate agent intentionally withheld a better offer from you so that they could make more money.

And there’s no way for you to know.

This happens ALL THE TIME.

How do I know?

Because when I was a real estate agent, I had this happen on numerous occasions to buyer clients.

It’s a common tactic used by real estate agents who sell a lot of homes.

Could you prevent this?

Tell your realtor that you don’t want them to represent the buyer.

But now there’s another problem.

Many of the untrustworthy agents have a “go-to” buyer’s agent who they’ll refer buyers to.

They’ll pay that buyer’s agent a fee for helping them, and the same scenario happens.

Your listing agent makes more money, and you make less than you should have.

And you never know about it.

Sound like a red flag?

It is.

And this is just one of many tactics that untrustworthy realtors will use for their benefit.

These are the reasons why SoldNest was founded.

To help home sellers like you avoid situations like this.

Analyze critical listing agent sales data

Years of experience and the number of homes sold are a good start to finding a realtor to sell.

But they can be very deceiving.

The key to finding the right real estate agent is to analyze their transaction history.

Because numbers don’t lie.

This is how we find the best and most trusted listing agents.

We analyze the data of every property sold in the MLS that only agents and brokers have access to.

Here’s an example...

That scenario I just told you about?

We can see who these real estate agents are.

Because every sale has a seller’s agent and a buyer’s agent.

We eliminate the seller agents who have a track record of being both in the same transaction.

And only find the agents who rank among the best of only representing the seller.

Like this.

How to find a real estate agent to sell your home

We also eliminate the listing agents who have a suspicious amount of sales with the same buyer’s agent.

Another key agent statistic?

The percentage of sales a listing agent has sold below the asking price.

An above average percentage means that the listing agent intentionally overprices the homes they sell for their benefit.

These are the real estate agents who will tell you your house is worth more than it is so that they can earn your business.

This is one of the reasons why you see homes sit on the market and sell for less than they should have.

We eliminate these untrustworthy agents and only find the good listing agents.

Find a realtor to sell your house

I can keep going on and tell you how we find the real estate agents who have a proven track record of selling a home fast and for more money, but here’s what really matters...

You’re selling your home and need a top-performing listing agent you can trust.

Someone who will prioritize your sale and make you the most money.

I’ll find your best agent with expert research

I can assure you that there isn’t a catch.

You’ll pay zero.

And there is no obligation to use the listing agent I’ll find for you.

Here’s why.

The first thing I’m going to do for you is personally find 1-3 local real estate agents who have the following minimum criteria:

  • Best sales performance
  • Experience selling in your neighborhood
  • Top-rated online reviews

Once I’ve identified these agents, I’ll reach out to them to let them know that I’d like to jump on a call or Zoom to interview them.

(After being in the industry for 10+ years, I know exactly what to ask and which answers I should get to make sure these are listing agents I would put my name behind.)

Anyway, if I’m able to pass along the names of 1-3 real estate agents who I feel 100% confident in, then one of these three things will happen:

  1. You think the realtors I found are great but not the right fit for you. If this is the case, I’ll wish you the best of luck but will be available if you have questions about another realtor you’re thinking of hiring.
  2. You think a listing agent I found for you is a perfect match and decide to hire them. If that’s the case, you will seriously boost your chances of selling your house quickly and making more money... with less stress.

That’s a promise. Every seller I’ve helped has had nothing less than a five-star experience (so far).

    Literally. Every. Single. One.
  3. In the unlikely and unprecedented event that you feel like hiring a real estate agent I found was a mistake, then you can cancel your listing agreement with them at any time. No questions asked.

You will never be locked into a contract.
100% guaranteed.

When you sell your home with a real estate agent, you sign an exclusive agreement that makes it difficult (and uncomfortable) to cancel.

I take care of this for you by making sure they will not lock you into this contract (most listing agents don’t do this).

It’s really that simple, and there’s no catch.

Think about this.

The worst that can happen is you decide not to work with a listing agent I find for you.

The best that can happen is you sell your home for top dollar, quickly... while enjoying an easier sale with a real estate agent who can be trusted.

And it doesn’t cost you anything.

That’s why having me help you find an agent to sell your home is a no-brainer.

Here’s how the process works

First, I’ll need to ask you several questions.

I can text these to you or send you an email.

Nothing crazy... I just need to know your timeframe, if there’s something specific you’re looking for in a listing agent, etc.

Next, I’ll start my search.

I’m researching listing agents in your area and will start narrowing my list.

I’m looking at their sales to see how they perform and to make sure they can be trusted.

And I’ll make sure they have experience selling in your price range.

Then I’ll spend time researching their online reviews (Zillow, Yelp, Google, etc).

I look for specifics, and to see if multiple clients have used the same verbiage.

Things like communication, responsiveness, the type of service the agent provided, etc.

But here’s the thing about agent reviews:

  • They’re based on emotion (which is great for a restaurant review, but not good enough when selling your most important asset)
  • They’re either too negative or too positive (which means you’re not getting a complete picture of the typical or average experience)
  • They’re prone to bias (with untrustworthy agents offering gift cards or other incentives to entice past clients to leave a positive review)

This is why what I’ll do next is key.

Interview real estate agents to find the best

Once I have my list, I’ll reach out to each real estate agent to interview them.

I’m asking very specific questions such as:

  • How do you vet the buyer?
  • What’s included in your marketing plan?
  • What’s your strategy when negotiating?
  • How do you make the entire process easier?
  • How are offers presented to the seller?

These are just several questions I ask over a 15-20 minute conversation.

And like I said, there’s no charge for this.

So why would I offer it?

Three reasons:

First of all, I enjoy it.

I’m extremely passionate about eliminating the bad agents and changing the real estate industry.

And it makes me very, very happy knowing that I helped someone find a good real estate agent.

Second of all, our platform isn’t live in your area yet.

This allows me to kill two birds with one stone so that when we do go live in your area, we have the best real estate agents ready to onboard onto our platform to help other folks in your neighborhood.

And third, it’s how we generate revenue.

Assuming you hire one of the agents I find for you and have a successful sale, then that agent pays SoldNest a fee.

This is ONLY after you have a successful sale.

Agents cannot pay anything up front, and the fee is the same for all agents — so the recommendations I’ll make will be unbiased.

You’ll get 1-3 top seller agents in your area who have been fully vetted for you. For free.

And look, if you don’t want to hire a real estate agent I find for you, don’t worry about it.

You won’t get any sales pitches or pressure from me, ever.

Still wondering if this is worth your time?

For many homeowners, my answer is no.

Here’s why:

  1. I will not recommend cheap agents.

When I say “cheap,” I mean the real estate agents who market themselves as discount agents.

For some reason, many homeowners put this at the top of their list.

I get it. I did the exact same thing before I got into the industry.

    But here’s what I found.

Most agents who market themselves at the low commission are usually one of the following:

    • Inexperienced and need a paycheck
    • Very busy and treat your sale as just another number
    • Provide low-quality marketing
The amount you think you’re saving can easily cost you much more.

The best listing agents I find are not the most expensive, but they’re not the cheapest either.

So if getting a cheap agent is at the top of your list, then I can’t help you.
  2. If you’re not selling within the next 4 months, I can’t help you right now.

This is more for the sake of my time.

It only takes me 2-4 hours to find your agents, but due to the number of requests I get, I only have time to help homeowners who are fairly confident that they’ll be selling sometime within the next 4 months.

So if you think there’s a good chance that you’re not selling during that time, then I won’t be able to least for now.

  3. If you’re already committed to a real estate agent, I cannot talk to you.

    This is for legal purposes.

If you have already signed an agreement with an agent, then I can’t talk to you.

I’d love to, but the real estate laws say I can’t.

    Still here?

Here’s what I want you to do next

If you meet the criteria above and would like me to personally help you find the best real estate agent, then I’d be happy to do so.

Here’s how it works:

First, I’ll need your basic info.

Nothing crazy.

Just your name, email, phone number, and the address of the property you’re selling.

Don’t worry, this information is never shared with anyone.

And your address is needed so that I know where to start my search and to find local realtors who have experience selling in your price range.

If I’m able to find 1-3 realtors who I feel confident in putting my name behind, rest assured you’re not going to get a sales pitch.

I don’t recommend agents who use these kinds of tactics. They’re like nails on a chalkboard to me.

Here’s what will happen after that

Once I have your info, I’ll send you a text or an email with several questions.

I’m usually pretty quick at sending these, but if I’m busy, it may take me a little longer (usually 30-45 minutes max).

These will be from my actual cell phone and email (not a robot).

I’ll start doing my research as soon as I have your answers.

If I’m successful, I’ll reply to your text or email with the names of the agents I’m putting my name behind and the info I have about them (usually, by the end of the next day at the latest).

And if you end up hiring one of these realtors, great!

But if you don’t, no worries at all.

At the most, you’ll spend 3-5 minutes replying to my questions, and you do not pay anything — so you literally have nothing to lose.

But you should know that I’m currently getting a high volume of inquiries.

And because the process is manual, I can only help so many people in a day find the right agent.

Therefore, it is physically impossible for me to help more than a handful of homeowners at one time.

If I’m too busy and not able to help you right away, I will be up front with you and tell you that.

So with that said, know that I cannot make any guarantees that I’ll be able to help you.

If you feel like this is right for you, click here and leave your information, and I’ll be in touch shortly.

Thank you.
